BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU classes in Gloucester

YOUR FIRST STEP INTO
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

It’s completely normal to feel a little unsure before your first BJJ class. At The Vault, beginners are expected — nobody thinks you should already know the positions, movements or terminology. Your coach will explain techniques step by step and help you throughout the session, so you can learn at your own pace without feeling like you need to keep up with experienced members. BJJ is hands-on, but training is structured and controlled. Your first visit is simply a chance to learn the basics, meet the team and see whether you enjoy it.
