FITNESS, SKILLS & FRIENDSHIPS

A safe place to
Learn, grow & belong
Starting a new activity can feel like a big step, both for children and their parents. That is why our Kids BJJ classes are designed to be welcoming, structured and easy to join.
Children are introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through age-appropriate techniques, movement exercises and supervised partner activities. Our coaches explain each exercise clearly and help every child participate at a level that feels comfortable.
As their skills develop, children learn how to solve problems, work with others and respond positively when something feels difficult. Progress is encouraged without placing unnecessary pressure on them to compete or keep up with more experienced students.
Our goal is for every child to leave the mat feeling proud of what they achieved and excited to come back.

"A great environment for anyone who wants to get involved in competitive fight training. My 10 year old has been training with Simon and Noah for just over a year, and as well as learning a great life skill, he has become much confident young boy. I can't recommend these guys enough!"
