Circuit Training
Varied stations for a total-body workout, building both stamina and strength. For those looking to develop power and muscle, Strength and Conditioning classes use weights, resistance, and functional movement to help you build a strong foundation.
Box Fit
Enjoy the fun of boxing drills without the sparring, combining cardio and technique for a heart-pumping, full-body workout.
If you’re interested in a more customised approach, we also offer 1-on-1 sessions where our coaches will work with you directly to tailor a program to your fitness level, goals, and preferences. Get personalised guidance, learn correct techniques, and progress at your own pace with a dedicated trainer by your side.
