Circuit Training combines varied stations for a total-body workout, building both stamina and strength. For those looking to develop power and muscle, Strength and Conditioning classes use weights, resistance, and functional movement to help you build a strong foundation.
And with Box Fit, you’ll enjoy the fun of boxing drills without the sparring, combining cardio and technique for a heart-pumping, full-body workout.
